Это конечно Сан,но icon_question

But today The Sun can reveal that the scuffling seen between clan members outside a Jackson home was nothing compared to the violence that went on INSIDE.

All the fury is over the superstar’s will and his £650million estate... and family members admit it has nearly destroyed them.

As TJ Jackson, the new guardian of Jacko’s children, told a friend: “It is the lowest point in our history.”

In one corner of the feud are three of Michael’s siblings — Janet, 46, Randy, 51, and Jermaine, 56.

They are attempting to overthrow the executors of Jacko’s estate, claiming his 2002 will is “fake, flawed and fraudulent”.

In the other you have the estate executors and other family members, including TJ, son of Michael’s brother Tito, and Jacko’s cousin Trent, who are siding with the lawyers.

Stuck in the middle are Jacko’s three children, Prince, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, ten — primary beneficiaries of the estate — and their poorly 82-year-old grandmother Katherine.

Michael’s mother has looked after the kids since his death but last week a judge revoked her guardianship and put TJ in charge. The move came a week after Katherine was diagnosed with high blood pressure and an irregular heartbeat.

Her condition is what triggered the punch-up on Monday that brought the crisis to a head.

One family insider said last night: “Katherine has been through so much. She’s a strong woman but this might be one fight too many.”

After her medical check-up, Katherine was whisked by her children from the home in Calabasas, California, where she lives with Jacko’s kids, to Arizona.

Jacko’s siblings claim she was taken there to recuperate.

Those siding with the estate executors initially claimed the grandmother was kidnapped and even drugged by her children, but Katherine herself has since denied these claims.

Things kicked off on Monday when Janet, Jermaine and Randy arrived at the Calabasas home to try to persuade Jacko’s kids to leave with them and join their grandma in Arizona.

Michael’s siblings were cut out of his will and they need his kids on their side to topple the executors.

But the youngsters resisted and the confrontation between Jacko’s siblings and his children outside the house has been well-documented. Janet tried to snatch teenager Paris’s mobile phone, reportedly because she wanted to stop Paris tweeting about what was going on.

But what happened inside the home has not been revealed until now — and it is even uglier.

A family insider told The Sun: “It was a bar brawl gone mad. Worse than anything you’ve ever seen on Jerry Springer.”

Randy had his shirt ripped off his back as he scrapped with Trent Jackson — the cousin siding with executors — with security stuck in the middle.

The source said: “Whatever people have seen in the surveillance footage from outside the house is nothing compared to what happened when they went through the door.

“A huge fight kicked off in the lobby and the bottom of the stairs between the brothers and Trent with security in the middle. Randy had his shirt torn from his back.

“Janet filmed the whole thing. She wanted to have a video camera running when she entered the house for her own protection.”

The source claimed that when Janet showed Katherine footage of the scuffle on Thursday, the matriarch raged: “Nobody touches my children like that.”

The gran then insisted Trent — who works at the home — and security were fired for the heavy-handed way they dealt with the situation.

But when she returned to the mansion on Thursday, the security and Trent remained ensconced in the house — while the “troublesome” siblings were told they were banned.

According to the siblings, she was told the house where she lives belongs to the estate and they will hire and fire staff, not her.

A source said of Thursday’s bizarre showdown: “Katherine drive from Arizona to Calabasas with her kids Rebbie, Janet and Jermaine. They have a police escort when they enter. On walking through the door she realises the security she fired the night before are still there. Security tell her the house is paid for by the estate and they cannot be fired.

“However there is paperwork waiting for them saying Janet, Jermaine and Randy are no longer allowed in the house. They’re banned from their own family home.

“Katherine’s first instinct is to leave. But she talks with her other son Marlon — who is in floods of tears — and she realises she has to stay to be with the children.

“She’s stuck in a house that she no longer feels is her world but she has to stay there to be close to the kids.”

Jacko’s other siblings Marlon, 55, and Tito, 58 and La Toya, 56, and Rebbie, 62, remain suspicious of the executors but have kept out of the public fighting that erupted so spectacularly last week.

But as the bitterness reached a peak last week, Jacko’s loyal children did feel the need to wade in.

They suspect that their uncles and aunts prevented Katherine from contacting them while in Arizona and they took to Twitter to vent their anger. After being reunited with her grandmother, Paris went online in the early hours of Thursday, tweeting: “Grandma’s here! thankgod”

And last night a source close to the teenager claimed that before Katherine’s return, Paris had called friends in LA begging them to put her up.

The friend said: “She doesn’t know who in the family to trust and right now she would rather stay with friends.”

The source claimed Paris didn’t want to live with her temporary custodian, cousin TJ, who is 34.

The source said: “She told me she doesn’t feel comfortable being around TJ and doesn’t want to stay with him. She said she would rather a mother figure or female looking after her.”

But that female figure is unlikely to be her aunt Janet, according to the source.

The pal said the pair used to be close but that “they haven’t got along for a while now”.

Paris’s brother Prince has also used Twitter to have his say on the family feud.

He even revealed a text message that showed Janet requesting the trio did not speak to their gran.

He wrote: “As long as I can remember my dad had repeatedly warned me of certain people and their ways. Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to. I’m really angry and hurt.”

The siblings have been trying to overturn Jacko’s will — in which they are not mentioned — since shortly after his death from an overdose of a sedative in June 2009.

They claim to have evidence the Thriller singer was in New York with family friend Al Sharpton when the will is said to have been signed in LA on June 7, 2002.

But the courts are satisfied it is just an administrative error.

Among the siblings’ other concerns are that those siding with the estate executors are trying to persuade Katherine to drop her wrongful death lawsuit. It is against AEG, the concert promoters behind Jacko’s residency at London’s O2 Arena. He died weeks before commencing it.

But another insider revealed that after last week’s dramas those trying to fight the executors are unlikely to get their wishes.

The failed coup only served to drive a wedge between Jacko’s kids and his siblings and ended with Katherine losing guardianship of her beloved grandchildren.

The insider revealed: “The siblings may not accept it but they have now lost the war.

“Without the support of the children and, in particular, Katherine, they don’t stand a chance.”

ROLAND S. MARTIN EXCLUSIVE: Janet Jackson, Others Family Members Barred From Mom’s California Home

The executors of Michael Jackson’s estate have barred a number of the late singer’s siblings, including Janet Jackson, from the California home where their mother, Katherine, is raising the late singers three children.

The details of who is and isn’t allowed onto the Calabas, California is detailed in an email obtained RolandMartinReports.com editor-in-chief, Roland S. Martin.

Howard Weitzman, who represents John McClain and John Branca, sent the email Wednesday to Charles Schultz, an attorney for TJ Jackson.

Weitzman writes that after the drama over the last two weeks, which including allegations that Katherine Jackson had gone missing for 10 days and was unable to reach Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson, which led to her having to share guardianship of the children with another grandchild, TJ Jackson, it is necessary to bar certain family and friends from the property.

“Given the circumstances of the last two weeks, and in order to protect the children and Mrs. Jackson, the Executors believe that it would not be appropriate to allow the following individuals to enter the residence or its grounds and we instruct the security to preclude the following from entering the residence or the grounds: Randy Jackson and any of his children, Janet Jackson, Rebbie Jackson and any of her children, Jermaine Jackson, his wife and any of his children, Janice Smith, or anyone else who was involved in the recent events that led to Mrs. Jackson’s separation from and inability to communicate with Michael’s children, or any agents or representatives of any of these individuals,” Weitzman wrote.

“There will be no other security or drivers allowed on the property except those employed by the Estate of Michael Jackson. Joe Jackson is precluded from entering the property. Howard Mann who is in litigation against the Estate and is working with the Jackson siblings that wrote the “letter” should also not be allowed on the premises.”

The “letter” Weitzman is referring to is the one signed by Randy, Janet, Jermaine, Rebbie and Tito Jackson, alleging that the 2002 will authorizing Branca and McClain to be the executors of estate is fraudulent. Tito later apologized for signing the letter.

“Of course, Paris, Prince and Blanket, T.J. and his brothers, Tito, Marlon, Jackie and their spouses, current security (hired by the Estate), staff (per T.J.), Meg Lodise, Michael Kane, Sandra Ribera, Parry Sanders, Trent Jackson, you (Charles Shultz) and anyone else authorized by T.J. (other than the Excluded Individuals listed above), may enter and remain on the premises,” Weitzman wrote.

Weitzman’s email does not mention Michael’s sister, LaToya, and whether she can visit the property. She has publicly called on her family to stop the infighting.

According to a Jackson family source, the estate is allowed to make such demands because it pays the monthly lease payment on the Calabas home. Katherine Jackson controls the $70,000 monthly stipend the estate allocates to each Jackson child – a total of $210,000 – any way she sees fit, including school costs and other expenses.

Katherine Jackson is currently in the process of trying to purchase the home so the estate won’t be able to dictate such terms, the source said.

Weitzman writes that if law enforcement needs to be made of the letter, Schultz, T.J. Jackson or anyone else is authorized to show it to them.

“It is imperative to the Estate that from this point forward a safe and appropriate environment be provided for Michael Jackson’s children and his mother as well,” Weitzman wrote.

Janet Jackson 'regrets her actions'

Janet Jackson regrets her actions this week.

Janet, along with Randy and Jermaine - siblings of the late singer Michael Jackson - banded together to overthrow the executors of the dead pop star's estate but Janet is reportedly sorry she ever got involved.

Her actions from this week include reportedly slapping her niece Paris during an altercation at Katherine Jackson's house on 23 July when she and her brothers arrived to take Michael's children Prince Michael, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, 10, to Arizona where Katherine was then staying.

However, the children defied the decisions of their family, causing Janet to slap Paris and allegedly called her a "spoiled little bitch".

Paris fired back by hitting her aunt, saying: "This is our house, not the Jackson family house. Get the fuck out."

However, Janet is said to be upset by her actions and how everything spiralled out of control.

A source told RadarOnline: "The public has seen a very different side of Janet this past week, and she has to be regretting following Randy's advice. Janet is very much like Katherine in that she likes to keep a low profile, and not have family drama play out in the press."

Despite 'Unity' Concert, Jackson Family Feud Simmers
By Alan Duke, CNN
updated 7:27 PM EDT, Mon July 30, 2012

STORY HIGHLIGHTS
Randy Jackson remains on the attack against the men who run the Michael Jackson estate
"I AM SO AFRAID FOR MY MOTHER..." Randy Jackson tweeted
Estate lawyer sent e-mail banning Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie from mom's home
"Katherine Jackson is completely free to talk to whomever she chooses," lawyer says

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Last week began with a missing persons report filed for Katherine Jackson but ended with Michael Jackson's mother attending a "Unity" concert by four of her sons.

In the days between, a complex family feud played out in headlines and on celebrity TV.

The 82-year-old Jackson family matriarch lost custody of the late pop icon's three children, who were placed into the guardianship of their cousin TJ Jackson, the 34-year-old son of Tito Jackson.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff suspended her as the children's custodian, saying she may be "prevented from acting as a guardian because of the acts of third parties."

Four of her children -- including Janet, Jermaine, Randy and Rebbie Jackson -- had taken their mother to an Arizona spa, but kept her whereabouts secret from their other siblings and Michael Jackson's children -- Prince, 15; Paris, 14; and Prince Michael II, 10, who's also known as Blanket.

Those involved called it an intervention to protect their mother from people abusing her, while Paris and Prince Jackson made it clear they thought their aunts and uncles were trying to gain influence and control over Katherine Jackson.

Jackson family drama continues

When Paris didn't hear from her grandmother for over a week, she tweeted "8 days and counting . something is really off , this isn't like her at all .. i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!<|3"

Katherine Jackson returned home early last Thursday to find a house in turmoil.

"Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to," Prince Jackson said in bitter Twitter posting attacking his aunts and uncles. "I'm really angry and hurt."

There was a "scuffle" inside Katherine Jackson's Calabasas, California, home last Monday after Randy, Jermaine and Janet approached Michael Jackson's children in what witnesses said was an attempt to convince them to leave with them. Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies broke it up and filed a battery report, a sheriff's spokesman said.

Despite a relative calm in the Jackson family feud that set in over the weekend, youngest son Randy Jackson remained on the attack Monday against the men who run the Michael Jackson estate, accusing them of trying to isolate his mother so they could control the heirs they are obligated by law to protect.

"And THIS IS WHY I AM SO AFRAID FOR MY MOTHER..." he said in a Twitter posting that linked to a story on the website of CNN contributor Roland Martin titled: "Janet Jackson, Others Family Members Barred From Mom's California Home."

Martin wrote on RolandMartinReports.com about an e-mail sent by estate lawyer Howard Weitzman to the lawyer for TJ Jackson just hours after Beckloff appointed him guardian of Michael Jackson's children.

"Given the circumstances of the last two weeks, and in order to protect the children and Mrs. Jackson's separation from and inability to communicate with Michael's children, or any agents or representatives of any of these individuals," Weitzman wrote.

The e-mail was "given to the security is in compliance with Judge Beckloff's order and is not arbitrary," Schultz said.

"As for the family members who are on that list, they were either at the house on Monday, July 23, 2012 or in someway participated in the events surrounding that date," Charles Schultz, TJ Jackson's lawyer, said in reply to Martin's story.

"Katherine Jackson is completely free to talk to whomever she chooses and is free to come and go from the house with anyone whom she chooses," Schultz said. "This has been made completely clear to Mrs. Jackson and she has acknowledged that fact."

If Janet, Randy, Jermaine of Rebbie Jackson want to talk to their mother, who they took on an unannounced 10-day vacation to Arizona earlier this month, they can call her, he said.

"If anything, it sounds like the people who tried to manipulate her previously are continuing to do so via telephone," Schultz wrote.

The list of people banned from the property was prepared by estate lawyers and sent at the request of TJ Jackson after "certain members of the Jackson family showed up unannounced at the ... residence of Michael Jackson's mother and children, causing a very public disturbance," according to a statement by the estate lawyers.

"The list may be amended and managed by TJ Jackson Jr. or the Estate when appropriate," the estate statement said.

Katherine Jackson's lawyer is preparing a court filing to ask Judge Beckloff to restore her as guardian of Michael Jackson's children through a plan where TJ Jackson would be a co-guardian.

Prince, Paris and Blanket approved of the arrangement, Katherine Jackson lawyer Perry Sanders said.

"Mrs. Jackson is extremely pleased with the prospect of enjoying the pleasure of raising Michael's children without the day-to-day tedium of items such as managing the large staff that goes with such a high profile family and focus her attention on being a grandmother and raising Michael's children," Sanders said.

The plan must still be approved by Judge Beckloff, who could put provisions into the custody order designed to prevent a repeat of this month's incidents.

Someone just said on Twitter that Entertainment Tonight showed a preview of an interview with Debbie Rowe and they will air the full interview tomorrow.

Кое - кто на Твиттере сказал, что Интертэйнмент Тунайт показало ролик с интервью Дэбби Роу и что завтра они покажут его целиком

Diana Ross Will Sign Off On Michael Jackson's Kids New Custody Agreement

Diana Ross will sign off on a new proposed custody agreement in which Michael Jackson's three children, Prince, Paris, and Blanket will have two guardians, their grandmother Katherine Jackson and TJ Jackson, son of Tito, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"Diana has no qualms whatsoever about the new custody agreement, she only wants what is best for the children. Diana knows that the children are old enough to decide who they want to live with and she defers to what they want. While Diana hasn't been a big part of their lives because she lives on the East Coast, she is very fond of them," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Michael Jackson's will stipulated that if his mother was unable to care for the children, Diana Ross was his next choice.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, last week, Judge Mitchell Beckloff, stripped the Jackson family matriarch of her guardianship of the three children because no one could reach her for over a week. The judge said he made the ruling not because of any wrongdoing on Katherine's behalf, but because she had been prevented from fulfilling her guardianship duties by an "intentional act from third parties." Judge Beckloff told all parties while in court last week, that Diana Ross, and Debbie Rowe, mother of the two oldest children, needed to be provided notice of what was transpiring.

The children have been embroiled in a vicious family struggle for more than a week now as Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson battle over the late King of Pop's will, which they claim is fake. Michael's nephew TJ has been a constant presence in the children's lives and their attorney stated in court that they had no objections to him being appointed temporary guardian.

On Friday, it was announced that Katherine and TJ Jackson, would be petitioning to become co-guardians of the kids. The paperwork is expected to be submitted this week and the judge will have to sign off the proposed agreement.
